Fashionable rooms with private patio leading to a wonderful garden. Quiet location, close to everything. Excellent service with a smile.

Good value, room was unique, staff were amicable! We got a room with a bath. The location was quiet and good, within easy walking distance of an expansive public park.

The hotel was impeccably clean with quiet and favourable location close to the airport and well-appointed rooms. The room we had included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The bed was comfy with down pillows. Our stay there was fantastic.

Our experience here was very relaxing. the place was immaculately clean and gorgeous. Appreciated the deluxe double room and the way it was set up. the beds were comfy and the bathroom here was huge. the hotel's location was favorable, near an industrial park.

This is a fantastic place. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms really nice with your own ouside space. The pool area is a great place to relax and a big bonus is the really good breakfast buffet. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Very difficult to find. The directions weren't really helpful. And it is a bit far from everything so you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful outdoor pool and terrace, perfect for relaxing. The Beaux Arts style and elegant atmosphere made me feel like a fancy lady. The free buffet breakfast was a delicious treat.

The only downside was that the WiFi was as slow as a sloth on a Sunday morning.

No complaint, I truly enjoyed this place, can't recommend highly enough. The location was peaceful - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was 5 min away.

My room had its balcony and soundproof windows. the private bathroom was huge. the location was quiet and excellent, close to the industrial desert, the center, and a large garden.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent rooms, very pleasant swimming pool, luxury restaurant. Convenient parking places. Available internet connection. We had everything.

A bit far from city center, but we had the car and didn't wont to go to the city in the evening - so it wasn't a problem for us. But you must know that it's impossible to go to the centre by foot, it's about 7-8 km.

clean and well-located in a large garden just off a major street. the staff were helpful and the juicing machine at breakfast was a nice touch.

Noise on room ,music to loud on weekends parties

This hotel offers very nice and romantic accomodations, has a large garden and a large swimming pool surrounded by olive trees.

The menu in the restaurant and wine selection are very poor and not compatible with the quality of the hotel. Puglia has wonderful wines and food!
